New rural homes will have to pay to connect to the National Broadband Plan.  That’s the planning condition Minister for Climate Action, Eamon Ryan’s department is working on, despite the Green Party Leader acknowledging the cost for some could be up to €5,000.  Joining us to discuss is John Gibbons, Environmental journalist and commentator and Independent TD for Kerry, Michael Healy Rae.
