Borrisokane, the former British Army garrison town of 800 in rural Tipperary got news in recent days they will be hosting a new direct provision centre for 80 asylum seekers, or 12 families.

Henry McKean visited Borrisokane and checked out the new centre, met business leaders and the community and sent us this report.
