Raw sewage from 35 towns and villages flows into the Irish environment every day, and 33 of these areas are unlikely to receive treatment until after 2021.  That’s according to a newly released report from the Environmental Protection Agency, and their Senior Inspector Noel Byrne joined us on the show.
