Every student in NUI Galway will have to sign a ‘community promise’ a pledge to you and me – to follow the public health guidelines.  So will this measure put a halt to the likes of rag week and student house parties?  NUI Galway President Ciarán Ó hÓgartaigh joined us to discuss these guidelines.
