The Department of Health has paused taking bookings for mandatory quarantine hotels as a "precautionary principle".  This is due to a problem with "walk-ins" at the hotel, people who turn-up without booking online before Departure. To discuss this further we heard from Sinn Fein Health Spokesperson David Cullinane.
