The number of uninsured private vehicles on Irish roads increased by almost 14,000 last year, according to new figures released by the Motor Insurers’ Bureau of Ireland.  To discuss this further we were joined by David Fitzgerald, Chief Executive of the Motor Insurance Bureau of Ireland.
