After learning that all personnel will be subject to the practice in just six months' timethe Association of Garda Sergeants and Inspectors has insisted its members cannot be tested for drugs without a reason. In reaction to this, we spoke to Pat Marry, former Detective Inspector and author of the Making of a Detective.
