Peace talks continued over the weekend between Russian and Ukrainian officials but there has been no breakthrough as of yet. Gerard Toal is Professor of Government and International Affairs at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University has been writing in the Irish Times about what is needed to end the war and Professor Toal spoke to Shane this morning on the show.
