CEO of Europe's largest online fashion site, Zalando has announced plans to step down from his role.

Rubin Ritter will step away from the company which had revenue just shy of €2 billion last quarter to spend time with family and allow his wife focus on her career goals.

Dr Evelyn Mahon, Professor Emeritus with the School of Sociology and Social Policy at Trinity College Dublin joins Breakfast to discuss.
