The government has rejected NPHET advice to move the country to level 5 Covid restrictions and instead moved the entire country to level 3.  Indoor seating in both restaurants and pubs will be banned with only outdoor seating and takeaway allowed.  Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly joined us on the show.
