The Republic of Ireland continues to be Europe’s worst air travel performer with around 24 per cent of 2019 pre-pandemic traffic, that’s according to new figures from air navigation body, Eurocontrol.  For more on this, we were joined on the show this morning by Pat Byrne Founder and Chair of Cityjet, and Dr Gabriel Scally Public health physician, Former Director of Public Health for Belfast, and Professor of Public Health at the University of Bristol.
