Ryanair has threatened to close its bases in Cork and Shannon airports this winter unless the government relaxes its quarantine restrictions on passengers flying into Ireland.  Should airlines be given a hand to get back flying or is it time to ease flying restrictions?  For reaction to this we heard from Pádraig Ó Céidigh, Founder of Aer Lingus Regional.
