The government’s budgetary watchdog has said Ireland’s economy is likely to bounce back strongly as we ease restrictions but the government needs to set out a credible medium-term strategy.  The Irish Fiscal Advisory Council says our budgetary forecasts are poorly founded while major policy commitments are not built-in. Sebastian Barnes – Chair of the Irish Fiscal Advisory Council spoke to Shane.
