Ireland will not meet 2013-2020 EU targets for greenhouse gas emissions reduction, that’s according to a new report by the Environmental Protection Agency. Their Director of the Office and author of the report, Sharon Finegan joined on the show this morning to explain why we are not going to meeting our greenhouse gas emissions reduction targets.
