Ireland could be set to get a bottle return scheme in the coming months. Up to now Repak, the principal organisation for packaging recycling in Ireland had not favoured the scheme but this stance has changed allowing for the scheme which is in the Programme For Government to move a step closer. Cara Augustenborg    Fellow in Environmental policy in UCD joins us to discuss.
