Today Monday the 17th of May has been described as a ‘Landmark day’ by Retail Excellence Ireland. 280,000 retail staff go back to work as Non Essential shops finally reopen after being closed since Christmas.

Henry McKean is in Navan Town Centre in County Meath  this morning which is home to many household Irish names and multinational brands as well as Penneys.
