The HSE has apologised to the parents of a 20-year-old man who died after he was attacked by a stranger with a severe psychiatric condition who burst into his house.
Jimmy Loughlin was killed in his home in Sligo in February 2018 when the stranger, Richard McLaughlin, attacked him with a crowbar.
