Exposure to harmful content suggesting hate, self-harm and suicide, cyberbullying, and privacy violations are just some of the issues under the spotlight. Speaking to Newstalk Breakfast was Noeline Blackwell, Online Safety Coordinator at the Children’s Rights Alliance.
