House prices continue to fall!

Housing prices fell by 0.3% in the first three months of 2023, the first time they have fallen in the first quarter of a year in a decade. That’s according to the latest Daft.ie House Price Report released today. Speaking to Newstalk Breakfast was Ronan Lyons –Economist at Trinity College Dublin and Author of The Daft.ie Report.
