Now it's time for an another Henry's Isolation Diary, where Henry tries new hobbies to get through the lockdown. Today he tries yoga with Newbridge mother and son Fiona and Adam Kavanagh through Whatsapp. Adam is 16 and is working on a Gaisce Award.
Adam attends Patrician Secondary School in Newbridge, is a very active guy who usually plays GAA, he says the yoga has really helped him relax and stay flexible at the moment. Adam Kavanagh is doing Yoga to fulfil the physical recreation aspect of his Gaisce Award.
