Free public transport should be examined as a way of promoting less carbon-intensive travel. That’s the call from the Oireachtas Transport Committee who is urging the Government to re-examine current and future road-building projects. To discuss this further Ciara was joined on the show this morning by Brian Caulfield, Associate Professor School of Engineering at Trinity College Dublin.
