The Mum of one of the teenagers assaulted in an acid attack in Waterford last year is disgusted that the culprits will not be charged.

The families of the three teens have been informed that those behind the assault will be dealt with by juvenile cautions.

One of the victims Tega Agberhiere suffered life-changing burns to his face and back during the attack.
