We must get to a situation where the pitch is sacrosanct” that’s according to former GAA president Liam O'Neill upon hearing the GAA Central Council will vote on tough new disciplinary measures this weekend.

One proposal will see the maximum ban for the most serious offences go from 96 weeks to 240 weeks.

Liam O’Neill, former GAA president, spoke to Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
