Donald Trump has said talks between the leaders of Israel and Lebanon "will happen" on Thursday. It comes as Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu reportedly met with his security cabinet on Wednesday, and was expected to weigh up a ceasefire agreement with Lebanon
