Taoiseach Leo Varadkar is in Belfast today to announce more than €1 billion in funding through PEACEPLUS, a new EU programme to build reconciliation and greater prosperity across Northern Ireland and the border counties of Ireland.
Alongside him will be Paschal Donohoe, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform and Minister Donohue explained to Newstalk Breakfast what is behind Peace Plus.
