51% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions within a decade.  That's the ambitious target set out by the Climate Change Advisory Council, though farmers say reaching that goal may have serious repercussions for their sector.   For more on this, we spoke to Martin Heydon is Minister of State at the Department of Agriculture, Food, and the Marine.
