A conference organised by the Irish Council for Civil Liberties in Dublin today will hear that democracy is coming under increasing threat at home and abroad.
We heard from Michael McGrath, EU Commissioner for Democracy, Justice, the Rule of Law and Consumer and is a keynote speaker at the event.
