Cabinet will discuss relaxing the restrictions on the banker's bonuses this morning.

Pay has been capped at 500,000 euros a year at the three bailed-out banks which survived the crash - Bank of Ireland, AIB, and Permanent TSB but this looks like it is all set to change.
