Tomorrow marks 4 weeks since Dublin became the first county in the country to enter level 3 Covid restrictions.  Back then the county had the highest incidence rate of Covid in the country but now Dublin has the eleventh highest although cases remain high. So have the restrictions worked?  To discuss we were joined by Paul Moynagh, Professor of Immunology and Director of the Kathleen Lonsdale Institute for Human Health research at Maynooth University.
