Dublin city could look very different due to Coronavirus .The joint plans from Dublin City Council and the National Transport Authority envisage cycling numbers tripling in the city ant the numbers walking to double. To discuss this we were joined by by Brendan O Brien Head of Technical Services at Dublin City Council.
