There are many of our brave citizens who will be working this Christmas in our hospitals, Garda Stations and further afield.

But for our Defence Forces, many of our men and women will be away from their families this Christmas.

So what will they be getting up to?

We ask Lieutenant Michael Crawley serving with UNDOF in Syria and Sgt Ian Shortt, serving with UNIFIL in Lebanon.
