Another solar storm is heading straight for a “direct hit” with Earth, with fears it could cause disruptions such as blackouts, electricity grids collapse, satellite navigation failures, and other major electrical problems.  Frances McCarthy head of Education & Outreach at MTU’s Blackrock Castle Observatory spoke to Newstalk Breakfast with more on this incoming solar storm.
