There’s been a 6% rise in the number of complaints received by county councils of illegal dumping in April, May and June of this year compared to last. It comes as a farmer in Co. Cork has been left disgusted after a skip-load of rubbish was dumped on his land. Victor Sullivan joined us on the show.
