Four experts in climate science and law have written to the Government to say the sectoral emissions ceilings agreed upon last month are flawed and in breach of legislation.
One of the signatories is Barry McMullin, Professor in the Faculty of Engineering and Computing at DCU who spoke to Newstalk Breakfast this morning.
