Clamping fines in Dublin are set to increase by more than 50%

Clamping charges for motorists in Dublin City Centre are set to rise more than 50 per cent next month from €80 to €125.   But is this the right approach to deter illegal parking?  To debate we heard from  Michael Pidgeon, Green Party Councillor for Dublin's South West Inner City and  Mannix Flynn, Independent Dublin City Councillor
