Any new legislation introduced that would put a cap on personal injury insurance claims could be open to a constitutional challenge. That’s according to a new report released this morning from the Law Reform Commission. Pat McDonagh, CEO of Supermacs has long championed the need for insurance reform in Ireland and he joined us on the show with reaction.
