30% of inspections on pubs, restaurants, and late-night clubs found venues were NOT fully compliant with Covid-19 regulations, according to fresh data from the HSE. It comes as hospitality stakeholders are set to meet Government today to discuss latest covid data and the risk within the sector. In reaction to this data, we heard from Adrian Cummins, CEO of the Restaurant Association of Ireland   Paul Treyvaud, Owner of Treyvaud's Restaurant in Killarney.
