Calls for spiking to be a standalone offence

Labour justice spokesperson Aodhan Ó Ríordáin has called on the Minister for Justice to make spiking a specific criminal offence under the Criminal Justice (Miscellaneous Provisions) Bill 2022. Aodhan explained to Shane why he is calling for this.
