The Labour Party has launched its Renters’ Rights Bill which they say will redress the balance of power in the rental market.  It will be introduced in the Dail next week and joining me now to discuss is  Labour Senator and Spokesperson on Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Rebecca Moynihan joined us this morning.
