Journalist Andy Pollack recently wrote a letter in the Irish Times appealing to Irish Rail to put more bikes spaces in place on Intercity trains. He said currently these trains are restricted to two bike spaces meaning a cyclist must reserve a spot two weeks in advance do we need more bike spaces onboard our trains? In reaction to this, we heard from the Communications Manager with Iarnrod Eireann, Barry Kenny.
