According to a new Survey by the CSO called 'Flexibility at Work.' Over 13 per cent of Irish workers say they have been contacted by their work several times during their leisure time and were expected to act before the next working day. Has the 'always on culture' crept into our lives even more working from home in the pandemic? Henry McKean has been chatting to experts, workers and law makers and he sent us this report. Next week is Trade Union Week and Brid Smith from People Before Profit wants it to be a right to join a union and have some control over your working conditions.
