The British Prime Minister will face a vote in the House of Commons today on whether claims he misled MPs over party-gate should be investigated.  The debate will ask if Boris Johnson misled MPs when he initially insisted, after claims about parties in Downing Street first surfaced, that no rules were broken.

Dominic Grieve, Former UK Attorney General and Conservative MP spoke to Newstalk Breakfast ahead of the vote.
