The EU will today look to put the finishing touches to a deal they struck Friday that will bring massive reforms to the bloc's huge farming subsidy programme. Charlie McConalogue Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine is in Luxembourg for the talks and joined Shane on the show this morning.
