A new programme being proposed could grant Irish Americans aged between 55 and 75 the chance to work or retire in Ireland, and potentially qualify for full citizenship after five years. The programme is being proposed by Fine Gael TD and former Foreign Affairs Minister Charlie Flanagan. With more on this we heard from Larry Donnelly Columnist with theJournal.ie and Law Lecturer in NUIG.
