An exhausted mum of teen boy with rare genetic condition who was denied home care help says her son has been failed by the HSE. 16-year-old Kielan Kenny suffers from Q22 - deletion syndrome, which involves heart, immune, learning, speech, and/or behaviour difficulties.

His mother Karin is now pleading for steps taken to support her and her family in caring for Kielan.
