It has emerged that around 78,000 people in Ireland have coeliac disease but are undiagnosed. While there is no cure, coeliac disease can be treated by following a strict gluten-free diet. Speaking to Jonathan to discuss further was Registered Dietician with eatwell.ie, Sarah Keogh.
