Late into the night the Dáil passed legislation on the reopening of indoor hospitality. Allowing bars, restaurants and cafés to restart indoor service for people who are fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid in the last six months. Last night hundreds of people protested against the new law outside the Convention Centre saying we are nanny state and its discrimination. But do they represent the thoughts of people on the street? Henry McKean visited Drogheda.
