Michael D Higgins has declined an invitation to a church service in Armagh to commemorate the partition of Ireland and the founding of Northern Ireland. The Queen will be in attendance at the church service next month to commemorate the centenary of Northern Ireland. Is Michael D right to decline or should he go? Henry McKean travelled to Dundalk near the border and sent us this report.
