All this week on Newstalk, we’re recognising Community Heroes with Bank of Ireland who have donated €1 million in emergency funding via the Community Foundation for Ireland. The Asthma Society of Ireland, Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and the Irish Lung Fibrosis Association have been working on joint project. Making sure those affected with respiratory illnesses are supported during the pandemic as they are vulnerable at the moment. Henry McKean met the charities to see how the money is helping people cocooning with respiratory illnesses now.
