Miley Cyrus is reportedly being sued for alleged copyright infringement over her hit 2023 single ‘Flowers’, by a company that claims it owns a share of the copyright of pop singer Bruno Mars’ ‘When I Was Your Man’.

But, seeing as every song released after 2010 sounds the same, are we going to run into this situation more and more in the future?
